What is Bath's Creative Playground?
Bath's Creative Playground is a growing creative hub in the South West, primarily facilitated by Xavi De Santos. Additionally, guest artists working across dance, theatre, creative writing, circus, and interdisciplinary performance practices are also invited each month to bring their own tools and creative approaches into the space.
Each session includes physical exploration, collaborative exercises, improvisation and creative tasks. We work from images, text, music, scripts, characters, and partner or group collaboration. There is no right way; the focus is on enjoyment, personal exploration and playfulness.
The atmosphere is friendly and supportive. People join from different creative backgrounds and experience. Every week is a little different, but the intention stays the same. It is a space to play, move, feel more connected others, and develop your own and other creative approaches.
Come move, play, and connect.
