REBECCA OSBORNE (BRAZEN STEEL) & XAVI DE SANTOS
DRAMATIC COMBAT
UNARMED & KNIFE
THE WORKSHOP

This Dramatic Combat will be co-led by
Rebecca Osborne and Xavi De Santos.
Step into the thrill of dramatic combat and gain insight into how violence is constructed safely, how to maintain narrative truth under pressure, and how to perform high-stakes action with control and precision.
After starting with a dynamic warm-up, we will then dive into unarmed combat - slaps, punches, and reactions, exploring timing, intensity, and working with different partners. We will explore contact and physical manipulation skills further as we then introduce knife techniques, including attacks, rotations, and disarming.
We will finish by learning a short choreographed sequence with the guidance of both facilitators. Experience the excitement, build confidence, and explore industry skills for stage and screen.
