ELLISSA ROSE
CIRCUS SKILLS

THE WORKSHOP
A playful circus workshop led by Ellissa Rose, blending technical skill-building with creativity, confidence, and connection. Participants will explore circus skills through supportive, guided exercises.
Ellissa’s approach centres curiosity over perfection, encouraging participants to explore movement at their own pace while building strength, trust, and body awareness. Sessions are welcoming, inclusive, and adaptable for different experience levels, with space to experiment, laugh, and try something new.

THE GUEST ARTIST
Ellissa Rose is a circus performer, teacher, and creative facilitator. A multi-disciplinarian who specialises in acrobatics, hula hoop, juggling and flying through the air. With experience teaching children, young people, and adults, Ellissa prioritises creating a safe, encouraging space where participants feel supported to explore movement, take risks, and build confidence.
Alongside performing, Ellissa teaches circus and physical theatre at a multitude of places including Bristol’s very own circus university Circomedia. Combining strong technical foundations with a people-first teaching style. Her work celebrates strength, play, and self-expression through circus.
